Cartoon Network, India’s premier kids channel organized a unique school contact program - CN School of Self Defence to promote its show Dragon Ball Z (DBZ). The SCP was used as a medium to project the theme of the show – action in a positive manner using the concept of self defence. The martial arts trainers were dressed in the main characters costume to establish connect with the show in interesting way and the kids were encouraged to watch the show to catch more self defence techniques. This event was conducted in 450 schools across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad & Baroda for students from Std 1 to 5 in July - August 2007
